本文使用AMS2020.101中DFTB模块完成。共振拉曼的计算,需要三步:计算振动谱、计算紫外可见吸收谱、计算共振拉曼。使用vertical gradient Franck-Condon (VG-FC) 方法。
根据VG-FC理论,三个计算的分子结构,均基于基态结构优化之后的结构,当然使用DFTB计算共振拉曼,必须使用DFTB进行结构优化。
参数设置:
勾选梯度计算(后面会设置激发态,因此表示计算激发态的梯度) 选择激发类型为Singlet,计算最低的20个激发态,我们关心最低的11个激发态(不确定的情况下,可以先不设置这一项,直接运行完毕后,SCM - Spectra查看紫外可见吸收谱,再决定关心哪些激发态),因此计算$S_1$~$S_11$激发态的梯度:
