【错误1】vc++ runtime library安装失败

症状

安装接近尾声时出错，显示类似VC++ library安装失败。

解决

  • 关闭并彻底退出正在运行的程序、包括杀毒软件、防火墙等后台进程；
  • 右单击QuantumATK安装包，选择使用管理员权限安装。

【错误2】Unsupported characters in directory name

症状

安装接近尾声时出错，显示类似的错误信息如下（右图）： Unsupported characters in the name of your starting directory, home, installation path. The name of your current directory, home directory, or installation directory contains non-ASCII characters. This is not supported by QuantumATK. …

解决

  • QuantumATK不能完全的支持非ASCII码的路径和文件名，因此在当前目录、安装目录、用户主目录（C:\Users\…）的完整路径中不能存在中文等非ASCII码字符。
  • 用户需要检查以上三个目录是否存在中文路径。

【错误3】snpslmd: Cannot connect to license server system

症状

SCL无法正常启动，显示如下错误信息… snpslmd: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15, 570:115 “Operation now in process”) …
